When and how do I take it?
For a thick shake style, mix a full serve with about 300ml of milk or water. If you prefer a smoother shake mix with 400-600ml. UPROTEIN™ Mass Gainer Pro-800MCT can be used as a post workout recovery shake, or as a between meal supplement to boost your daily calorie count.

Honestly one of the better banana flavoured protein supplements I've brought, very filling and it does it's job brilliantly I put on 10kg in 3 weeks with only moderate workout days! The product came within one day of me ordering which was faster than expected! I have tried many mass gainers but being a fussy eater I have never been satisfied with the taste. The chocolate flavor of this product tastes amazing and is easy to stomach as well as enjoyable. I have also noticed a increase in my muscle size since using this protein for only a few weeks. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to gain a few kilos while having a product that tastes nice and is very cheap compared to any other product out there.

Ive tried plenty of mass gainers now, and one of the biggest things for me is if the product tastes great, because even if something claims to be the best, most scientifically proven product out there, if it tastes bad, I'm not going to drink it. I'm really happy I decided to purchase this product. I was searching across Google for hours and when I came upon this the reviews sounded great. I decided to order the chocolate flavour and it's now a big part of my daily diet and workout routine. I like to mix a scoop in the morning with a banana and it makes a delicious breakfast smoothie. I've been using this for 2 weeks and am seeing noticeable gains which is improving my motivation and confidence. Using for 3 weeks now post workout and seen some noticeable gains along with some half decent weight loss (mix Upro carnitine). Mixes easy, choc tastes awesome, bananas not bad either haven't tried vanilla yet to be opened. Goes down a treat, no bloating or anything. The only 2 minor things I didn't like was using star track I had to have someone at home when delivered otherwise I would have to pick up from depot or wait (work full time so hard to be home) and would love to see one of those zip closed bags that ON use for there protein. I mix my shakes at night and it's a pain in the butt sometimes when u have to close 3 or 4 diff bags. All in all Killa product and coming back for more.

Was looking for something to supplement my training, 30km cycling every morning, weight training 4 days a week and kendo (martial arts) 2 days a week and so far has not disappointed. Seeing some decent gains from my weight training, mixes well and tastes good and more importantly recovery wise has been better than most products with a higher price tag. Will definitely buy again.
