When should you take Coco Clean Amino Blend BCAA + Hydration?
During training (intra workout) is ideal for sustained hydration and amino acid delivery. Post workout is equally effective. Can also be used as a low calorie pre workout hydration drink.
Coco Clean Amino Blend BCAA + Hydration serving suggestion and when to take it?
Gently shake tub before use. We recommend mixing 10g (~ 1 scoop) with 200ml (stronger taste) – 300ml (less concentrated) of cold water in a Uprotein shaker. Shake well to dissolve. Best consumed during your workout or exercise activity. Some separation may occur, shake again to dissolve.
