Who should you use it?

When and how do I take it?
Simply mix or blend approx 2 scoops of powder with 250-300ml of water or skim milk and consume 30 min before training and/or immediately post workout. The postage was super fast it was here in no time ,i ordered the banana and vanilla this time the banana is great i have bought it before that is my favourite so far,the vanilla is ok too but it does have a bit of a strange burnt taste to it so i just use one scoop and it is good that way not to strong,the chocolate is ok but same as the vanilla i use one scoop just because i dont like really strong flavours ,but if you like banana i definately recommend that one.

Thanks Julie for the review and feedback. The burnt taste you are experiencing is off toffee and caramel notes. It has more of a custard hint to it that regular vanilla.

I'm turning 70 years old this year. I've been training for decades and have used a lot of different protein powders over the years.
I have short gut syndrome and have difficulties absorbing foods. I find I can take this protein powder with confidence and it does everything as advertised.

I have bought this protein for many years as it was a cheaper option than the normal alternatives. Very disappointed to see the price has been raised by $40. Definitely, no point buying it now and I'll be taking my business to the more mainstream products. \

Hi Ben, thanks for your feedback and we do understand price rises are less than ideal. Unfortunately due to the current economic climate, whey protein has seen the biggest increase in raw ingredient costs to date alongside international freight costs (as our whey comes from USA). This has effected global supply and prices so all brands have increased price or they would ultimately become bankrupt.
For customers that shop on price alone, unfortunately there is little we can do in the current environment. For those customer who prioritise quality, value and taste we hope they continue to shop with us. -
