Directions
We recommend mixing 3-5 grams ( approx 3-5 scoops) which is a single dose with cold water or juice until dissolved in a Uprotein shaker or glass.

We recommend mixing 1.2 grams ( approx 1 scoop) with cold water or juice until dissolved in a Uprotein shaker or glass.
Consume approximately 30 minutes prior to exercise or daily. Serving size and frequency may be adjusted for individuals after consultation with an appropriately qualified fitness or health care professional. You can mix with other aminos acids or include with your protein shake.
Warning: First time users may experience a common side effect, such as flushing or tingling/itching of the skin. This is considered normal and should pass quite quickly.
