When and how do I take it?
We recommend mixing 3 grams ( approx 3 scoops) with cold water or juice until dissolved in a Uprotein shaker or glass.

Dissolves well, easy to measure out and dissolved. Does not appear to have an effect on overall protein drink taste (mixing this with Vanilla WPI). Can't beat the price.
No measuring spoon inside the package -- no biggie I have my own. With Creatine supplementation is at the 1 - 2g mark per serving, you'll need a precise machine anyway to dose this out well. -

I like the generous servings and affordable price. There is a slight bitter aftertaste but that is no big concern.
I would appreciate having an actual 5g Serving scoop to accurately measure my serves rather than using a 3g scoop where I then have to estimate what a "Heaped" serve looks like. The product works well though. -

Well what can one say have tried many products being a 70 year old paraplegic whose trained most of his life I have found this product along with others I purchased recently just wonderful and the best. I have tried other products but nothing comes close to UPROTIEN no additives which is a great bonus and a great help in my aerobics training, I purchased Pure Creatine Powder - 385g , Pure L-Carnitine Powder - 250g which helps to convert fat to fuel for more energy and also highly recommend 4kg - Natural Whey Protein Isolate Powder + XHL again no additives only 0.05 fat and 0.05 carbs will not purchase from any other company, service was prompt and free delivery for a purchase of $150 as a aged pensioner the value is great I highly recommend the natural products more protein for your buck because of no additives . the natural protein is great mixed with frozen mixed berries and skim milk or just water, the Pure Creatine Powder - 385g and the Pure L-Carnitine Powder - 250g i mix a tea spoon of each in plain cold water together and sip through my 1-1/2 hour aerobic workout each day cant recommend these products from UPROTEIN highly enough best protein and supplements on the Australian market today, even at my age i can still get my heart rate up to 150 plus not bad for an old very fit paraplegic guy

After working with my trainer the results that I was getting slowed dramatically. I decided to add creatine to my supplement stack and as I have been using Uprotein for my protein in the past it was a natural choice. I went through the loading procedure to the letter and the results have been solid, 10% - 20% increase in reps and weight across the board evening getting the comments from my train of "where did that come from".
I couldn't recommend this highly enough. -

This is by far the best creatine I have used! Many other products by other companies sell creatine that does not mix well and that does not produce results. This creatine by UProtein however, is great in the sense that it mixes so easily with either water, juice or in a protein shake. I have used this creatine in all 3 and it mixes just great, with my personal favourite being juice. I only need 1-2 mouthfuls of juice with the recommended serving size of creatine and it blends perfectly, not turning into a sandy textured drink like other products. As well as this, my muscles look much fuller being on this product, and I have reached PB's in all my weightlifting programs. This is a fantastic way to get your body into shape before summer!
