When and how do I take it?
Simply mix or blend approx 2 scoops of powder with 250-300ml of water or skim milk and consume 30 min before training and/or immediately post workout. Before you go down and read the full review, I would make pinpoints for those who don't have time to read the full review:
Uprotein brand is the best brand I have ever tried based on:
Price.
Taste and how easily it dissolves in water.
End of short Review.
Beginning of the long, boring review (just kidding...oh really, it's boring...I see), but anyway, let's start.
My story with Uprotein started when I was first comparing products by checking online review. Consequently, I decided to order the Hydrolysed version because they said it had extra benefits. After ordering it, I got surprised how it's fast to dissolve in water as well as it's tasty flavour. I felt the urge to review the product, but I said to myself I need to try the most famous brand (Gold Standard) so I can be more reasonable. After buying Gold Standard Vanilla flavour the first time and felt it's not as good as UPROTEIN. I tried the salted caramel one. It was better this time than the vanilla flavour. However, the flavour can be subjective as I don't prefer chocolate flavour but my friend loves it. Back to the comparison, after trying different brands in the beginning such as Musashi and BSc. Then Uprotein and Gold Standard from Optimum nutrition, I decided to go for Uprotein and stick to it again.
Honestly, the first factor is the price, which is very cheap compared to Gold Standard, which makes me think add that to the good flavour and how fast it dissolves in water. Actually, 30 gram of gold standard needs 250 ml of water and after a 30 seconds shake, you can still find some small particles of powders in the shaker. On the other hand, 40 grams of Uprotein with only 150 ml of water, and after a few shakes, it dissolves completely in water.
During my previous products, I made some experiments by leaving the shaker unwashed for several hours. The results I found with the other brands, unlike Uprotein, is disgusting. This is another important factor for me personally.
Final thoughts.
I would consider myself a fool if I would buy a more expensive brand for just its name without try the other brands and give them chance. This is what happened to me and ended up with good results that I will consider for the future.
However, I suggest that if the company can add more flavours as I only find four flavours with the Hydrolysed one. I personally don't like chocolate, so I preferred the vanilla over chocolate as I ordered both in the first time. This time I ordered banana sundae, which is excellent, and vanilla. I would also love it if they could provide samples for the flavour so I could decide which flavour to go for before buying it as I hesitated to buy the tropical flavour because I don't know how it tastes like. -

So far I've tried Choc Brownie, Banana Sundae and Vanilla custard. The choc brownie is by far the winner flavour wise, it kills any need for real chocolate and helps immensely with muscle recovery.

First time user here. Did a bit of research and went with the Uprotein as they are low card and low sugar which I look for as I have diabetes.
Ordered the vanilla custard and the chocolate brownie flavours. Both taste great and mix well with water. Will try the banana next order, not sure what tropical thunder is, do you do sample packs?
I take it after the gym but also if I feel the need for a between meal snack as it helps to keep me feeling full, so I do not snack on junk.
Will be buying more.

This is the PERFECT protein powder!! With 32 grams of protein per serving (comparing this to other steeply priced products that have around 24 grams of protein per serving) Uprotein has definitely exceeded my expectations in a good way! This is the first time I've ever taken protein powder, so please keep that in mind if you are reading this review. I got the natural and vanilla custard flavours. Both flavours are good and it's a nice combination to switch between when I am having protein powder every day. They dissolve well with milk but I haven't tried with anything else yet.

I bought the vanilla and chocolate protein about two weeks ago. The chocolate I can not fault, great taste, smooth and quick mixing into the liquid of your choice, not lumpy at all. The vanilla however has an odd taste that I can’t quite put my finger on, however is similar to the choc in relation to smoothness
