Who should you use it?

When and how do I take it?
Simply mix or blend approx 2 scoops of powder with 250-300ml of water or skim milk and consume 30 min before training and/or immediately post workout. I ordered the unflavoured and the vanilla. They both mix so well. No clumps, great texture. The vanilla I mix just with water. It's delicious. Not too sweet. I shake it with water and the consistency is amazing.

This is a magic potion. The only reason I work out is so that I can drink this at the end. It’s the best thing ever made. Mixed with water, the texture is like a thick milk, the taste of the choc brownie is phenomenal and the macros are best in class. Good on my otherwise troublesome digestive tract too. This is top brass stuff, I don’t know how you have achieved this, well done.

Bought my first lot of Uprotein after using many different brands and types for many years, it's first class in my opinion. The packaging is easy to open and store, better than round 3 kgs tubs I'm use too. I chose two flavours: Banana and Vanilla, currently using Banana and it tastes great - like the banana lollies but not overly sweet. It mixes really well and does not leave a chemical-like after taste like some other brands. The key thing for me is it digests well and caused me no protein bloating. I highly recommend Uprotein as I will be a repeat customer myself.

While the quality seems pretty good, and doesn’t contain sugar, the sweetener makes the shake even sweeter tasting than those that do contain natural sugars and to me is too sweet so I feel I need to mix it with other ingredients in a shake to offset the sweetness. Not sure if it is the artificial sweetener but I have also found I feel a bit queasy after drinking. I’ll stick with it as I ordered 4kg.
