I am a single mum of two young children at home so as much as I would love to hit the gym everyday, I don't really find the time to do so. For a long time I have been trying to find a good protein product that meets my needs, which is achieving maximum muscle growth for the limited time that I train. Whey Protein Isolate Premium + XHL has done the trick and I am so happy to have found it after all these years. Basically I go to the gym 3 times a week for an hour each weight training, duck in duck out no time to waste. I then go home mix with a hand full of fresh spinach and a hand full of kale and two scoops of vanilla powder to blend it into a delicious super green smoothie. It keeps me full and satisfied after the workout, at the same time it helps my muscles to repair and grow steadily. My goal is not to have a six pack etc. but to maintain a healthy and toned body with limited training that I can do, and Whey Protein Isolate Premium + XHL has really met my needs!

First time using the UProtein Whey Isolate (Double Chocolate). So far i have found my first few sessions have been great using this protein pre and post workout. It is great tasting and importantly really easy to digest, no discomfort at all which has been an issue for me in the past. Good stuff!

The product has a very smooth and creamy texture which I enjoyed. When i did a little research into this and saw that the serving size was bigger than usual i thought it would be a little heavy in the stomach and feel i bit bloated, but it's not, taste is ok and packed with the stuff you want if you want to be rewarded. The price is great and delivery was the next day. can't fault anything on that side of things!
