How do meal replacement shakes work?
Our Premium Meal Replacement Shake is a convenient alternative for when a nutritionally-balanced meal isn’t possible or when you want to lower your calorie intake to meet your weight loss goals. When and how do I take it?
Simply mix 60g (two heaped scoops) with 350ml of cold water and shake well. Consume 1-2 shakes daily based on your health and training goals. Picked up a bag of this for the wife while I was getting some protein for myself. She said it tastes much better than the ones she had before and feels more like you've actually filled the belly. I also noticed it has about twice the protein content of the ones she had before with about the same total calories, so less hollow carb calories equals better weight loss, better muscle retention/gains and more consistent energy levels without big carb/sugar crashes. All in all WAY BETTER than the brand she was using previously. Great product.

OK it's early days and so while I'm not yet a walking advert for the endgame success of the MR Shake, my family have definitely seen the work in progress! I've been skeptical and not too interested in general meal replacement shakes but these are definitely worth a try if you're keen. I'm a hungry person and love eating but these do a decent job of helping you feel pretty full afterwards and don't do a dodgy job on your tummy either, if you know what I mean.
Half way through a 90 day effort, lost 8kg so far and feeling a lot better for it. -

Vanilla is actually deliciously flavoured. I am using it as a means of convenience and portion control although the taste and cost are definitely an added bonus ($1.80~ per meal). Mixed well in my old Uprotein shaker.

Simply mix 60g (two heaped scoops) with 300-350ml of cold water and shake well. We recommend using a protein shaker to give the best result.
Please note this Meal Replacement shake will have a thick consistency. Add more water for a thinner or weaker taste, or less water for a thicker or stronger taste.

In every delicious shake you get peace of mind knowing you are fueling your body with 28g protein, 16g carbs, 3g fat, 7g plant fibre plus 21 essential vitamins & minerals but with less calories.
Q. When and how do I take it?
Simply mix 60g (two heaped scoops) with 350ml of cold water and shake well.
Consume 1-2 shakes daily based on your health and training goals. You have the flexibility to chose when you want to replace a meal.

Q. What side effects can occur if I over consume it?
There aren’t any specific side effects specified however if you experience any side effect, we recommend you to decrease the number of shakes consumed and eventually to stop the shakes for a short period of time.
Q. How much weight can I lose using this meal replacement for weight loss?
If you use it for a long period of time and if you intent to lose a significant amount of weight, we recommend that you should be supervised by a health care professional.
Q. Can teenagers used this product?
Yes, teenagers can consume meal replacements but only under professional supervision.
Q. Is this product suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women?
This should be done under medical supervision.
Q. Where and how do I need to store the product?
The product should be consumed before the best before date that is displayed on the packaging. The bag should be sealed immediately after use and stored in a cold an dry place below 30 degrees away from direct sunlight.

No. It contains dairy and vitamin D3 which is from animal source.
Q. Is this meal replacement gluten free?
Yes, the product does not contain any ingredients with gluten and is considered gluten free.
Q. Does the product contain any allergens?
Yes the product contains milk. As we also produce products that contain soy and egg on the same manufacturing these may be present.
Q. Is this suitable for those who are lactose intolerant or want a lactose free meal replacement?
Yes the product is very low in lactose with less than 1g lactose per serve, however it is not lactose free.
Q. Does this meal replacement contain EAAs or BCAA?
Yes. EAAs and BCAAs are naturally present in the native MCC and Whey Protein powders. See Nutrition Tab for more information.
Q. Are carbs still allowed when you want to lose weight?
Yes. Good carbohydrates such as whole grains are important for sustained energy but also to provide essential nutrients such as fibre. Carbohydrates also replenish your body with directly accessible energy from glycogen for your next training session.
Q. What are MCTs?
MCT stands for Medium Chain Triglycerides and is the type of fatty acids found in coconut oil.
Q. What is prebiotic fibre?
Fibre is essential to support digestive wellness. Fibre and in particular soluble fibre absorbs water and turns into a gel which helps you feel fuller. This is also the reason why it is essential to drink a decent amount of water. The fibre in UPROTEIN Meal Replacement comes from corn, a soluble fibre that has a prebiotic effect which means that fibre is fermented by the good bacteria living in our gut. Fermentable fibre is the preferred source of food for our good gut bacteria which is essential for digestive wellness.
