ORDERS LEFT UNATTENDED
Orders can be left unattended. This option can be made with Australia Post directly, after you receive your tracking number. Please use their website, sms or mypost app to arrange your preference.
Please note if you opt to leave your delivery unattended, it is your responsibility. If an item is stolen or misplaced, we will accept no liability and neither will Australia Post. Please ensure you understand this before you take this option.
In the event you don't select this option via Australia Post, and you are not available to take delivery of your parcel, a card or relevant communication will advised the location/procedure to collect your delivery from your nearest Australia Post depot. Australia Post reserve the right to not leave your parcel unattended if they deem it unsafe to do so, or can not gain access to your delivery location for any reason.
Deliveries made by Australia Post and accepted by an occupant at the customers' address constitutes a successful delivery. Australia Post do not need to verify the personal details of an occupant accepting the delivery if delivered at the customers address using the available contact options available at the address.
Important Information for Large Orders (18kg+) Orders over 18kg cannot be shipped via Australia Post and will instead be sent with a commercial courier.
Please note, someone must be present at the delivery address to receive the order, or you’ll need to provide authority to leave (ATL) the parcels in a safe, specified location. If no one will be available, you’ll need to nominate an alternative delivery address before your order is dispatched from our facility.
Couriers can only make one delivery attempt, and depot collection is unfortunately not available. Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you tracking details via email.
