Orders placed Thursday 2pm, 23rd December 2021 - Monday, 3rd January 2022 will be dispatched when we return on January 4th - 6th 2022.

Please note due to the large volume of orders we receive, your order may experience 1-2 day delay in being dispatched during the first week of January. Look out for your tracking number sent via email to be notified of when your order has been dispatched.


Delivery Delays

Due to extended COVID-19 lockdowns and high parcel volumes, customers may experience delivery delays.
Our delivery partner Australia Post is working hard to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible

 If your enquiry is concerning a late delivery with Australia Post, we are currently not handling requests regarding this. Orders can take up to 3 weeks to arrive. Your order is not lost and is moving along its journey to your destination. Scanning may not show this. This is considered normal during this challenging time.

They are in a better position to assist you directly. Thanks for your patience.
