Who should use it?
Please gently shake tub before use. Mix 10g (approx 1 scoop) with 200mL (stronger taste) - 300mL (less concentrated) of cold water and stir or shake until dissolved.
Consume 20-30 minutes prior to your workout. Consume according to directions to avoid possible gastrointestinal upset. * Asses tolerance with 1/2 or 1 scoop, progress to 2 scoops if required.
