  • Where can I find full product nutritional information?

    Simply visit the page of the product you're interested in, first click on blue 'NUTRITION TAB' tab. Here you will find the top level nutrition information about the product. Then click on the blue "Product Analysis" link for the full breakdown of nutritional information.

  • I added products to my shopping cart, but no discounts are applied?

    Valid discounts are applied automatically in the shopping cart,  unless otherwise stated with a supplied Promotion Code. Check any email information supplied with a supplied discount code to understand the conditions regarding its use.

  • Do you provide samples?

    Unfortunately at this time we do not have samples. However we do have a fair returns policy. We suggest to buy 1 x 2kg bag of your preferred protein product. In the event you dont like the product, please let us know within 5 days of receipt to enquire about returning your purchase for a refund of the product purchase price, less the shipping fee paid. Please note only 1 opened bag can be returned per order. Full details here:



  • How do I change my password?

    Simply login into your account and click the option "Your Account Details". Here you can change your password.

  • How do I change my customer information?

    You can change your customer information at any time by logging into your account and using the navigation options available within your account.

  • I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

    In the event you need to reset your password, use the "FORGOT MY PASSWORD" feature on the login page. You will be sent an email to your registered email address, which includes creating a new password. 


  • What happens after I place my order?

    Once your order is complete you will be emailed an order confirmation thats contains your order, shipping and billing details. Please allow several minutes to receive this email. If you have not received your order confirmation, please check your spam folder first before contacting us.

  • Why did my credit card payment fail?

    We accept, Visa and Mastercard only. We use third party credit card fraud detection to protect customers from unauthourised purchases. In the event your credit card payment fails, first ensure ALL your billing details are correct. If the payment still continues to fail, please wait 30 minutes before trying again in the unlikely event the payment gateway system is down. At this time we do not accept PayPal payments.


  • What happens with my details I provide?

    We respect your privacy, and want you to feel comfortable when you interact with our business. We do not sell or trade your personal information gathered online with third parties for their marketing purposes without your consent. All transactions are secured using 128 bit SSL encryption.   • What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

    We pride ourselves on fast, reliable delivery. All our orders are shipped from our Sydney warehouse and we use Australia Post to enable you to receive your goods as soon as possible with the most delivery options like PO Box, Parcel Locker & Re-Direct. We advise you to download and use the MYPOST App for efficient tracking of your delivery. Please check your tracking number link sent to your registered email account when the product was shipped to locate your package.  If you have not received your delivery after 6 business days from the last expected delivery date, please contact us.

  • How can I find my delivery information?

    Please check the email you received when the order was shipped for the delivery address you specified. Alternatively, log in to your account and view your most recent order to determine your delivery details.

  • When will my order ship?

    All orders are shipped from our Sydney warehouse. Place your order by 2pm Tues - Fri and your supplements will be dispatched the very same day. You will receive an email which includes your delivery tracking information. If your order is placed AFTER 2pm, on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday your order will be shipped the next available business day.   • How do returns or refunds work?

    We want you to love our products and enjoy your shopping experience at If you are unhappy with a UPROTEIN product, please contact us via email or phone 1800 250 980 within 5 days of receipt. For full details visit our returns page to see if you are eligible for a refund.

  • When will my order arrive?

    Depending on your location within Australia and the time of your order you can expect your delivery to take between 1-10 business days. Please allow additional time for remote/regional areas. For delivery times from our Sydney warehouse please see our shipping page here

  • Can I pickup my delivery?

    Unfortunately, we do not offer a pickup facility.  All sales and delivery services are provided via our website.
