When and how do I take it?

So far i have not found anything wrong with the product what so ever. There is absolutely no flavour at all and it dissovles really easily. Some people complain about not having a measuring spoon included, but what i use is just a basic measuring spoon for cooking and that gets the job done.
This product seems to work really well with the Uprotein whey protein hydro+enzymes powder as well. Ive been using these two in combination for the past few days and i have already noticed IMMEDIATE results.
So far this product is the best brand i have used yet. -

This is definitely like how I like my supplements. Pure, tasteless and to the point. It's flavourless and so can be a part of my protein shakes or just my morning wakeup coffee.
Pros: Flavourless
Stimulates mad gains
Cheap creatine monohydrate - dissolves easily in water and supplements mad gains
Cons: No spoon. Should invest in a teaspoon because you won't be buying creatine from anywhere else

Blends effortlessly and is giving great results. Don't hesistate to buy this! Top tip: Keep the scoop from your last (non-uprotein) tub as this doesn't include one. In fact, treasure that scoop as you won't be going back to any other brand again...

This is clearly a high quality creatine. Dissolves easily (must be micronised) and minimal effect on taste when added to juice or shake etc. After using it for one month I look much fuller and adding to my post workout shake helps me retain my pump longer. Definitely great value for money.

Same Day Dispatch (Tuesday-Friday)^
Orders received before 2pm (Tuesday - Friday) are dispatched from our facility that day, orders received after 2pm will be dispatched on the next business day. Orders placed on the weekend will be sent on the next business day. Delivery Times
Orders to East Coast metro areas are usually delivered within 1-5 business days (usually 2-3 days), with regional areas, WA, NT and country areas taking an additional 5-7+ business days.
