I think the product is fine, but I wouldn’t know because I couldn’t get through one scoop of the BCAA put powder because the taste is not good being unflavoured. They should make ones that are actually flavoured for us people that arnt so brave.

Easily resolves in water or juice. It is not tasteless and is a bit sour which is just fine. You feel like you are drinking lemonade with less/no sugar. It gives your muscles some tinkling sense which is an indication that it is doing something (based on my own experience). I feel more focused and have a good level of energy during the day.

great product and fast shipping as always with uprotein, mixes great with my pre workout and can't taste it but when trying to take intra workout on its own the taste can be unpleasant and you have to make yourself drink it rather then wanting to drink it, I think if there was some subtle flavour options it would make it a lot more enticing to drink on its own. definitely makes a difference taking it by itself before my last run I improved my average pace by over a minute on a 6km run.

BCAA is a great product which really does make a different to your training only after a couple of days taking it. It has helped me keep muscle mass but still shred fat. Only negative comment is the plain flavour does not taste that great compared to flavoured ones but once you see the results you wont care!

After working with my trainer the results that I was getting slowed dramatically. I decided to add BCAA's to my supplement stack and as I have been using Uprotein for my protein in the past it was a natural choice. The results have been solid, 5-10% increase on reps and weight across the board evening getting the comments from my train of "where did that come from".

Sometimes I am a bit weary when it comes to any "pseudo-scientific" formulas, rationales and any other scientific "propaganda" especially in this current millennia. What I mean by pseudo-scientific, for example, is how people propagate the belief that porn has any direct effect on the brain of mammals and humans etc.
But, I think I have to keep my mind open on anything 'fresh' that I have not tried. I take the pure BCAA 4:1:1 to incorporate into the regimen of intermittent fasting by Martin Berkhan. Nevertheless, a lot of his rationales do "make sense" from a thorough researched and scientific point of view. I do believe the BCAA amino acids a complementary supplement to anyone serious with weightlifting. (gaining strength, size etc). The only downside would be the taste for some people, especially those who cannot stomach it's taste (due to it tasting like some kind of strong Chinese herbal medicine) when diluted with just water. I can take it, some cannot. -

This is the first time I have used BCAAs and I am pretty happy with it. It really has no flavour at all so I just dump some in with my water. The only negatives are that there isn't a scoop included and the serving size on the label is 735mg which isn't very helpful.

I was looking for a product that has the right concentration of BCAAS without the sugary additives that most products have and at a good price tag. I combine a tea spoon of this with a tea spoon of the Uprotein L-glutamine and a tea spoon of creatine and take it with me to the gym. Great job, it's awesome to know that the products are coming from Australia as well, only waited a day for my order to arrive.
