When and how do I take it?

Extremely soluble with no effort. The disgusting flavour of the unflavoured product goes away easily mixing with any juice or any flavoured water without the necessity to add excessive amounts of sugar or other sweeteners. Keeping up with the continuous intake of creatine has been a struggle for me before, but this product has made it easier for me and I am totally constant now. There is no need to mention the effectiveness of creatine, since it is well documented and evidenced, but it can be easily noticed and felt as you start consuming this product.

Dissolves well, easy to measure out and dissolved. Does not appear to have an effect on overall protein drink taste (mixing this with Vanilla WPI). Can't beat the price.
No measuring spoon inside the package -- no biggie I have my own. With Creatine supplementation is at the 1 - 2g mark per serving, you'll need a precise machine anyway to dose this out well. -
