When and how do I take it?
Simply mix 3 grams ( approx 2/3 of 1 heaped teaspoon) with juice or cold water and consume daily. You can mix with other aminos acids or include with your protein shake. Can take up to 7 days to take effect. ~1 heaped teaspoon = 5 grams

Having used far more expensive "brand name" products, I thought to try something different and cheaper after hearing about UProtein.
Pleased to say that despite my intial scepticism, so far, so good! Won't be going back to the big brands and instead going to swap out my entire arsenal of proteins, creatines etc. to UProteins as I use up my existing supplies.

Great product to assist in muscle growth when used with protein powders. Buying the 2kg pack is much cheaper than the smaller packs and the quality seal on the pack keeps the product fresh for ages. As usual, very fast delivery and no problems with shipping.

This is the second purchase I've made from UProtein and I'm still extremely happy with the product and the service.
Navigating the website is easy and the product arrived in 2 days, so again another reason to buy from UProtein. As for the quality, it seems great and buying the bulk packs makes it even cheaper, much cheaper than most other companies. I have been using whey powder and supplements for about 3-4 months and have definitely noticed muscle definition and growth. Maybe I'm just pushing myself harder at the gym, but I definitely needed the extra protein in my diet as I was not getting enough protein from my normal diet
I've combined the whey powder with Creatine powder and Glutamine powder to ensure I'm getting enough amino acids in my diet as well. I'm sure the addition of Creatine and Glutamine are helping me work harder at the gym and assist in my recovery.
Both powders mix well in milk or water/juice and their flavour is minimal so it doesn't affect the taste of the drink very much. Can highly recommend UProtein for their great products and fantastic service. Will continue to buy from UProtein. -

Creatine is creatine. Body builders love it, as do I. You feel bigger, stronger and more energetic. 2kg for $40 is soo cheap! And it will last ages! Definetly worth the buy. I bought this along with 8kg of other products and it only took 4 days! Uprotein is great regardless of the products you get!

I have found with OTHER Creatine products that it mixes poorly, when mixed with protein and gives a foul taste in your shake and that it actually isnt monohyrdate. The U-Protein Creatine Monohydrate is the exact opposite. Mix one scoop in your post-workout shake and keep those muscles hydrated with a actual premium product. I suggest after a month of supplmentation drop it too half or 2/3's of a scoop! Great product nonetheless and look no where else for a cheaper, bulk, premium creatine.

bought this product on a whim with my protein powder, and love it! After reading about the benefits of creatine I was really curious to see for myself! So far so good, the powder mixes well with water or other drinks and doesn't add any weird flavours. I know the descriptor "flavourless" is sometimes thrown around, and can feel like dangerous territory, but this seriously doesn't taste or smell like anything. Love it!
